4th WEEC - Durban - a year after - III

Massimo, Congratulations on the website - it is really great.

I am encouraged by the response to this network and I would like to pursue the possibility of linking schools across this network with one another. Rural schools in South Africa can do with help and support related to environmental education and I know they can contribute their experiences as well. I have just invited a collegue at South African National Parks (at the Golden Gate National Park www.sanparks.org) to join the newtork as there are wonderful ee programs with schools running at the moment around wetlands in particular in the region. I hope she will join and that colleagues from other countries who are keen on school-to-school networking would like to pursue this, please let me know. I am realy keen to see this happening. Invite colleagues who are active in the environmental education!

If you don't mind I am sending the details of this site/network to colleagues I know have access to schools and are currently working with schools and related programs to share ideas and experiences on this network. Unfortunately at the moment I am not directly involved in EE anymore but I support the cause very much and initiatives like this as an outcome of International Conferences are worth supporting (usually conferences disappear into no action and you have certainly shown it does not have to be that). So I hope those that I send this to will respond and become active in the process.
By the way, there is nothing wrong with your English - you are communicating well! Regards, Elna

I like the idea of every participant on the network have a presentation on their work online - it will certainly help to get a lot of skills out there that can be put to good use

I hope we can work well together.
I believe that the best way to continue in our job
(and to involve other people) is continually updating its section of website
with new ideas and experiences
Also what could be normal for me, can be a novelty for the one whom lives on the other side of the Earth
It would be interesting, for example, that every participant to this network proposed a presentation of his/her own activities
(with photos, texts, video).
If you need help, ask me please.
