What does "Green Leaves" mean for you?

GreenLeaves is grown only thanks to some italian people.
This is a limit!
In any way the informatic platform of GL have an interesting tecnical feature: the possibility to create groups of persons that have similar ideas and want to share their experiences.
I think that you (but also other people) could to create one south african group (for example: the group with students of SA Wildlife College that you, Elna, have met during your last course).
This group could also be isolated, but transparent, from rest of network GL.

I can not believe how GL has grown. I have not been on the network for quite some time and I am amazed to see the contributions made especially by the members from Italy. I think it is time to start learning Italian so I can contribute more. Well done all, this is great!

Seeing that I asked the question, it is probably appropriate that I respond as well. For me GL provides a space where people who care for the environment can just talk and share about it, without it having to be heavy and academic - there are plenty of sites for that. GL provides a space where we can learn from others and pardon the pun 'grow the tree' organically instead of formalising everything into a fixed process. Like leaves members will come and go, some times our thoughts will be heavy, I hope most of the time it will be light. Green Leaves for me means growth and a space where we can get excited about caring for the environment. I am sure over time the network will grow and as Michael Atchia always says, we have to continue with the dialogue, even if the numbers are low at first - lets continue to share with one another.
